About Me

I'm a Senior UX Designer specializing in complex tools. Currently I'm at the MBTA designing software for transit operations.

I do research and design, so I can figure out what actually matters before I start pushing pixels. I'm also technical enough to have real conversations with engineers about tradeoffs—what's worth building, what's not, and what gets us to good faster.

I took a winding path here. Started in mechanical engineering, switched to industrial design, and eventually landed in UX. Along the way I made prototypes at Hasbro, designed retail fixtures for Saks and Macy's, and created golf spikes worn by US Open winners. I like making things that work.

M.S. in Human Factors and Information Design from Bentley. B.S. in Industrial Design from Wentworth. MBA from Quantic.

In my free time, you can find me biking on mountain trails, making art, and taking photographs of adventures.
